We do not sell visitor lead information to real estate sponsors, advertisers, or other third parties.
Real estate sponsors and advertisers do not receive access to owner-name or parcel-owner datasets through sponsorship.
Public-record property information in paid features
Some paid features may provide authorized community-manager or management-company users with access to compiled public-record property information, which may include owner names, parcel information, mailing information, HOA board member information, or related property data obtained from public real estate/property records, government sources, recorded documents, assessor data, recorder data, or other public sources.
This information is provided as part of our public-record data products and is subject to the restrictions in our Terms of Service.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- comply with law, subpoena, court order, or legal process;
- protect rights, safety, property, or security;
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- enforce our Terms;
- respond to government or law-enforcement requests.
Business transfers

We may display owner names and HOA board member information only to registered community-manager or management-company users, where available and permitted by our service design.

7. Public-Record Owner and Parcel Information
Some CommunityInfoPage.com features may include owner names, parcel information, mailing information, HOA board member information, or related property data obtained from public records, government sources, recorded documents, assessor data, recorder data, or other publicly available sources.
We may make certain public-record owner and parcel information available only to registered community-manager or management-company users. We do not make this information available to public visitors or real estate sponsors unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Public-record owner and parcel information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misclassified, or changed by official sources without notice. Users should verify information with official records and appropriate professionals before relying on it.
8. User Submissions and Uploaded Content
If you submit corrections, issue details, photos, documents, or other materials, we may review, moderate, edit, reject, remove, store, display, or use those materials to operate and improve the site.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or private information unless you have the right to do so and understand how it may be used.
9. Photos
Community photos may come from our own photography or user submissions. Some photos may show private homes in the background. We do not intend to display people, license plates, or home interiors. You may request review or removal of a photo by contacting privacy@communityinfopage.com.
